ઈ-ચાવડી શું છે?

ઈ-ચાવડી (e-chavdi) એ ગુજરાત સરકારના મહેસૂલ વિભાગ દ્વારા સંચાલિત એક ઓનલાઈન પ્લેટફોર્મ છે. આ પ્લેટફોર્મનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્ય જમીન રેકોર્ડ્સ, એટલે કે રેકોર્ડ ઓફ રાઈટ્સ (RoR), ને ઓનલાઈન અને પારદર્શક રીતે ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવાનો છે. પરંપરાગત રીતે, ગામની ચાવડી (ગામની ઓફિસ) માં આ રેકોર્ડ્સની ફિઝિકલ કોપી રાખવામાં આવતી હતી. ઈ-ચાવડી આ સમગ્ર પ્રક્રિયાને ડિજિટલ બનાવીને નાગરિકોને ઘરબેઠા સેવાઓ પૂરી પાડે છે.

  1. સૌ પ્રથમ, ગુજરાત મહેસૂલ વિભાગની સત્તાવાર ઈ-ચાવડી પોર્ટલની મુલાકાત લો.
  2. પોર્ટલના હોમપેજ પર, તમને "જૂના સ્કેન કરેલા ગામ નમૂના" અથવા "જમીન રેકોર્ડ જુઓ" જેવા વિકલ્પો દેખાશે.
  3. તમારે તમારા જિલ્લા, તાલુકા અને ગામ ની પસંદગી કરવી પડશે.
  4. ત્યારબાદ, તમારા જમીનનો સર્વે નંબર, ખાતા નંબર, અથવા માલિકના નામ પરથી રેકોર્ડ શોધો.
  5. માહિતી દાખલ કર્યા પછી, "ગેટ ડિટેલ્સ" અથવા "જુઓ" બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
  6. છેલ્લે, તમારો રેકોર્ડ સ્ક્રીન પર દેખાશે, જેને તમે ડાઉનલોડ અથવા પ્રિન્ટ કરી શકો છો.
